With the rapid growth in our industry of CTP systems, more and more Print Companies have chosen to ''jump ship'' and abandon traditional film production. We are pleased that we are still able to produce positive or negative films alongside our CTP, up to 335mm width and a maximum length of over 5 metres.
We output to virtually any specification within the range of 60 lpi right up to 225 lpi and at 2400dpi or more.
Daily quality checks ensure perfect registration and dot calibration. Films can be output as greyscale, spot colour or as Four colour ready seperated. We can output film from most popular digital formats.
We have many trade customers already using this service for production of spot UV films and we deliver direct to any address supplied worldwide.
All films are packaged safely and securely using anti crush transport tubes to ensure the goods get to you undamaged.
